The State Farm agents seem to be ok, the problem is if you have a claim they don't want to pay you, especically if you have had more than one. We had hail damage to our car and they tried to give us way less than what it was worth and then we had a robbery and they called us liars even before they got the police report. Do yourself a favor and shop around because the backend of this company is evil. Kirk L puts all claims on hold so you fold and forget about it. Shop around!
