I called a day ahead and told the chef all my dietary restrictions, including vegan. He was very accommodating and tonight when my meal arrived I could tell he was strictly attentive to my requests. I am very grateful. I would have given five stars if he had tried a little harder to also make it taste good, but I understand that's not always something people who cook mostly with meat, dairy and oil know how to do. The waiststaff and hostesses were also very helpful. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere as well. Our table was next to a working fireplace!

Food was great as always so that is 5 stars!
Service was good.... she was just stretched to thin I think, not her fault, but because of that a 4...... = 4.5

The atmosphere and food is excellent. The service is good as a general rule. This is the kind of establishment that is rather expensive and there aren't any digressions from what is described for a dish. You get what the menu states. Even the salads don't have dressing options. If you love salmon and don't like risotto- too bad. There are no baked potatoes here.

One of the finest dining experiences in Billings. The menu is Mediterranean influenced fusion cuisine, with someone for every palate. Highly recommended.

Excellent food of finest quality and creative design which spans several nationalities approaches to Earth's choicest edibles. A Billings fine food institution against which all others must measure. Helpful and superior staff. Lovely dining areas, wine and beer selections round the experience. Fine dining with an easy feel. A favorite for special occasions!
