ordered for delivery. they forgot one of our pizzas. came back later to give us a cold pizza. they did nothing to remedy this issue. going to choose a different dominos in the future.

Ordered online. Followed order progress via tracking. When online tracking indicated pizzas ready, I left house only to be told order not ready. When I told them tracking indicated " Ready", I was lied to being told tracking was off by 3 - 4 minutes. Manager was summoned when I asked for refund/credit card. At that time, truth revealed that part of order was not started and it would be 5 -6 minutes before ready. Although I received 2/3 of order and given a complete refund...I never got an "I'm sorry" In addition having been lied to about order status is unacceptable. If they had said "we made a mistake and part of your order was not started, i'm sorry but it will be just a few more minutes" I would feel different about the experience.

Food is really good and fast delivery the only small complaint I would have is they forget my ranch every time not a big deal though.
