The drive-thru gets backed up for 30 minute+ waits even if no one is in line because customer service comes last, I have witnessed employees drinking alcohol and doing drugs out at the dumpster multiple times then racing in to still get your order out super late and the management is with them so there is no point complaining because they will deny everything and ask you to give them the best rating on the receipt survey only to repeat this luxury service day and day again, if you like bad service and 30 minute waits on what should be 5-6 minutes max and showing up late for anything else, this is your destination.

I love this Taco Bell!! Every time I go everyone is so friendly and awesome! Even at 11 at night they still say things like they're tacoriffic! XD definitely go here 👍
