Went to Central Wellness last week for the first time. I had a great experience & a wonderful massage from Serene. Will definitely go back.

First and Second Pedicure of my life now in the books and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with smiling faces. Waiting in the waiting room with a warm rice pad around my neck and coffee in hand was so relaxing. The big comfy booth to sit on during my pedi has plenty of pillows to adjust my short self and not feel like I am falling off. Will continue to go back for more! :)

I went in to get a pedicure from Marianne Brockhausen. From the minute I walked in I was treated with care. They grabbed some paperwork for me. Took me to a room with low lights, soft music & asked if I wanted a water or coffee. A neck rub (WHAT who does that 😀) Marianne was there in seconds. Got me seated on the throne 😉She was very helpful, courteous, and just made me feel very comfortable. Not a fish out of water. Or that my feet were the ugliest things she ever saw. We talked about family. Explained things to me. Marianne is a lovely lady, with a warm giving heart. A huge asset to Central Wellness. I have already recommended her to other ladies that would like to be pampered. That's exactly how I felt, PAMPERED?

Beware if you choose this spa for anything other than a massage. Had to go back a 2nd time for one treatment and was charged again, also person who did a first treatment (different type from one mentioned) very rude and very poor bedside manner, so to speak. Both treatments I had done - one is supposed to last up to four months. It has been two weeks. Two weeks after having gone back after the first hadn't worked. I have been to other places and regret not just going back to them. The other product I bought had lasted 3/4 years from a different provider. It has been maybe three or four months and it is wearing off already. Ya know, you pay a lot to look good, and this place is just a total rip off. Front desk gal is a doll - very friendly and nice. Run away from this place if you want anything other than a massage and to be ripped off.

My favorite place in the world! I love, love, love everyone at Central Wellness. Great staff, they know their stuff and are well trained. Best spa in Billings!
