i asked about their veternary "technicians"..you can only get certified in MT as an euthanasia tech..you can work at McDonald's on monday and walk into a vet the next day and get hired as a "tech"...i said they should have to be called assistant's since they do not have formal training like licensed techs and its misleading to the public..i was told anyone can call themselves a tech and they think of them that way...except they dont have any knowledge of hand sanatizer or just realy against using it for some reason. This can give my dog an infection that i pay for..have a receptionist and your assistant use hand sanitizer before handling my dog after touching other sick dogs or people..its spreads the same way as in human clinics

Picked my dog up from one night being in their care, and he was terrified and covered in his own urine, which to me is inexcusable. Compared to my new veterinarian and his staff, the staff at Best Friends seem cold, uninformative, and not at all what I would call pet lovers nor people-pleasers. I sincerely hope others have a better experience than we did.

We have had a great experience for our pets from our guinea pigs to having to say goodbye to our beloved dog. I always feel they have our pets best interest in mind and find the best alternatives for treatment if cost is an issue. I have been to other vets in town and the prices are comparable if not better for the service provided. I have always had great customer service and trust the staff with our family pets. Overall we always have a great experience and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

They took good care of our two little pups when we brought them in. (The girls at the front desk could probably smile and be a little more welcoming though.)
