Staff handled line quickly and no problems with vehicle rented. Location was walking distance from many downtown hotels.

Great service - returned our car rand arived with a train to catch in just a few minutes - check in was quick and easy - Jerry drove us right to the station and was very pleasant and professional. Have consistently had good service from Enterprise and this occasion was no exception.

BOOOOOO. Desperate husband in a rig on the side of the road Saturday afternoon, everyone else closes at noon. Thought he was saved because someone answered the phone around 2:45 PM (apparently this one office closes at 3PM). He then got put permanently on HOLD--no one bothered to get back on the phone to say, "Sorry, we haven't forgotten about you but can you hold just a little bit longer until your turn?" I guess this office decided they don't want to deal with one last customer before closing time. Hubby is STRANDED, HOT, with no other rentals around. Now he must wait for a ride coming from Chattanooga all the way to Love's Travel Stop in McCalla, AL, then must ride all the way back--DOUBLE the travel time, on a Saturday which should've been his day off. You could've really helped him out. Your customer service stinks. Totally disappointed, mad, and STRANDED. We won't soon forget this, Enterprise.

Always pleased with Enterprise. Very professional and accommodating. Had a tire leaking air and could not come to any of their offices. They sent out a replacement car and took the car with the bad tire without any inconvenience.

My experience with this particular location went well. Mr. Burrows (sp) Asst. Mgr. was customer friendly and professional. He remembered the conversation I had with him from earlier in the day - regarding a time change request - upon my arrival. When I requested a tire check on the vehicle I was receiving he promptly acknowledge the request and provided another vehicle immediately after checking and finding those tires to be insufficient for rental/travel. I did not wait long at all for the new car and he waived the upgrade due to the unavoidable situation. My return went smoothly and I was asked to use this lot again in which I informed them I would. The customer service was good and I'm big on being treated right as a consumer. This location is recommended to all that need rentals from the downtown area in Birmingham, AL.
