I had a wonderful experience! I made an appt for a cleaning - the wait was just a few minutes past my appt time, the hygienist was fabulous, and the dentist who checked my teeth afterwards was great! I will definitely be returning here for all my dental needs!

The staff here are amazing! They're nice and listen to your needs... I haven't found anywhere better! They also do great work.

Friendly staff! Most gentle cleaning I've ever had! My exam was comprehensive and I didn't leave feeling chastised. I look forward to my next appointment and receiving the care that I need.

It's the weekend. My regular dentist won't return a call to the answering service. My tooth is killing me. Birmingham Family Dental has hours - they return my call - I see a Dentist at 12:30 on a Sunday (!!) - My situation is diagnosed and all options plainly laid out with costs. I am seen by a talented Oral Surgeon in the same location at 1:00 PM for a procedure - I'm out of the office by 2:15 PM Got to love that.

Fair, courteous, professional.
I've been treated with nothing but respect here. They have always been professional in my presence to everyone. They have payment terms available more so than any other dentist I've been to. I drive 38 miles one way to get there and I won't go anywhere else
