Very unprofessional. I called and scheduled my cleaning on 1/25 then gave the front desk woman my information, no issues. 1/27 I was asked to come in thirty minutes early; during that time I asked if there was any paperwork I needed to bring in (their site says there is) and was told no, they had all my info, just bring your license and insurance. Today I arrived at 12:20 and was told that my appointment had been scheduled for 12:00. I let them know that was incorrect and had the text confirmation saying 12:30. They realized they were incorrect but didn't apologize, but instead chastised me for not being there early for paperwork. I let them know I was told to only bring my insurance and license and had asked about paperwork the day before and was told not to worry about it. The front desk lady continued to be very rude but gave me paperwork to fill out and took my license and insurance card. As I began to jump through their hoops (again, I'd been assured not to worry about paperwork because they said they had had everything they needed), the front desk lady let me know that they don't accept my insurance. Funny, because when I gave it over the phone, there had been no issue. I relayed this, she sighed at me and whispered to another woman, then checked again. She then came back and said, no, they don't and just stared at me. I was so fed up and so appalled at this point, I took my paperwork, my license and insurance card back from the very rude staff member and left. I could not stress enough how unprofessional and rude they are. They messed up several times with me and never apologized but continued to talk down to me when in reality their front desk person apparently gave wrong information and didn't know what she was talking about the entire time.

Wait was shortage dentist was very professional and knowledgeable. Very clean environment. I was very satisfied with my first visit. Can't wait to go back oh and they ease my anxieties about getting work done I need done.

Wow! Great experience from the warm and professional welcome (and clean environment) to the quality of care and concern (from the staff and doctor) for my child! Both Drs. Smith and McKenzie spent quality time with us, gave a thorough exam, excellent care and and made sure all of our questions were answered. I highly recommend Cumberland Dental!
