The worst! They made us wait for an hour. There were no people left and we were still waiting. One lady finally ask if we had been seen, when we said no, she said she would take care of it. Minutes pass people that work there come by and finally the same lady came by again asking, have you been seen now? We said no, she said not even for blood pressure, we said no! She went again to check after asking our name & number. As she was checking, miraculously , they called his name!!! Wow! Don’t be in a hurry if you come to the VA on the 1st floor!! Room 1815!!!! Disappointing 😠

This place is the worst! they are collecting paychecks and they do all they can to NOT work. Not answering phones... putting you on hold until you hang up. transferring you to the wrong department and soon as you see a doctor they are gone on paid three month training! training! for what.. how to schedule an appointment 3-6 months out with no reminders so we can miss the appt and VA can yell NO SHOW Vet is at fault! Or is the training so you will know how to treat us like we OWE you something like this is welfare and you are doing Us Vets a favor because now we are useless... that's the feeling I get there... I am not alone.

Pretty sure these guys are intentionally losing veteran's travel vouchers, which is tantamount to directly stealing from veterans. Be wary.

The worst care., Consistently for six years have a gotten the runaround. Horrible treatment horrible care,no follow-through,no care plan never get a call back.
Never call in my prescriptions
They never follow through the emergency room care is completely awful

Very poor telephone service. I have been calling all day to cancel an appointment, the phone rang for 30 minutes with no answer, this happened throughout the day. I will end up with a missed appointment. They need a better telephone system. I can understand maybe this one time, but this has been ongoing. I have several missed appointments because I could not get through to my clinic to reschedule an appointment.
