It wasn't bad. I got what I normally get st other centers and I've donated in Florida... So... All the reviews seem like they come from people who haven't donated before. But idk.. who am i?

They talk to you like you are nothing for $20. Stenphie Lee the director walks the center screaming at her employees and degrades the donors. If you are desperate and have no dignity this is the place for you. You can tell someone character by how they treat others who can not do anything for them. Stenphie Lee has horrible character stay away from this place go else where

I have never in my 45 years of living has been to a more disorganized place. PERIOD After 6 hrs first time, I went back, gave "head of the line" pass 2 hours later I got to the counter girl glanced at my arms nope cant do it. I had this on my arm last time, nope. Next 2 times the same. One time gave head of line pass, I left after 1 and half why waste it. Finally I call managment, sure that's ok you can give. Its not where you get stuck. Told him what happen. Im gonna get you ahead of the line pass today give you an extra one. Hour and half later ge walks out, I throw my hands up, I get walked back. Suppose to get 50 first 5 times today after my 7th visit but only 3 time able to give. Got paid 20 bucks now more time wasted got to call. WHAT IS SO HARD? Ridiculous. I dont do this. This is the first reveiw ever.

It was my first time and they informed me as much as possible b4 I went to the back,I was back there for 1.5 hours because I didn't drink a lot of water b4 I had come. Now I have been there 5 times, the last time I went they did not credit me the right amount of money so I call to try and get it fixed but instead they credit me the wrong amount again. I also got a friend to come and donate twice this month and they don't want to give me my $100 buddy bonus until I come and donate again. I would definitely check to make sure your money is right b4 u ever leave. And if your money isn't right who knows how long it might take them to get it fixed. It's been almost 2 weeks since the last time I went and they have still not credited me the right amount of money
