So glad we gave this Arby's a visit! Sandwich was meaty and fresh and potato cakes were cooked and served hot. Quite a change from the visits we have had at 2 other Arby's in the area.

Recently here in Auburn and stopped for lunch. This place has great fast service. Their staff was very polite and professional. Noticeably thos location was very clean. My food was served hot and fresh!

Your standard Arby's fare, just more crowded and more difficult to get in and out of. The drive through is usually a mess, the incline up to the drive through window could have been planned better. Wouldn't recommend coming in a car with a manual transmission.

I award this location ZERO stars, and let me tell you why. Every time I have been to this location it usually takes about 10-15 minutes to receive my order. The service is never very friendly, welcoming, or courteous. Most importantly: the last time I ate at an Arby's was a year and a half ago, and it's because this particular location fed me some meats that apparently had not been stored properly because approximately thirty minutes to an hour after consumption I became VERY SICK and fell victim to FOOD POISONING. The whole store is an embarrassment to the service industry. Management and staff are in desperate need of an overhaul.
