Normally the service I've experienced at this location has been on point. This morning was the total opposite. I called my order in so that I could run in on a short 15 minute break from work. I get there and my sandwich had been given to another customer. The worker apologized and offered to make another, but I didn't have that kind of time. I was really really disappointed with this visit. But I'll still visit again once I'm not upset anymore.

I asked for my food to be cooked fresh and was told it would be ready in 5-8 minutes. Before I walked to my seat they brought my food. I asked if it was made fresh and was told all of them just came up.My sandwich was not cooked fresh I was disappointed. Love it! It's so nice to go to a place that the staff is polite and helpful. Always smiling. The food is good and the place is always clean.
