Over a 40 minute wait and orders wrong and with bad taste. No customer service and over priced. Most disappointing experience with a restaurant. Jim n nicks should be ashamed

Worst Beef Brisket ever! Collared Greens were extremely salty and the waiter actually agreed that they have been that way for over a week. If you know that they are bad...fix it. Fries were not hot but good otherwise.

Nice B-b-q restaurant inside Birmingham airport. The space was large with great view of the runway. The cheesy biscuits and side salad was good. However, the portion size of brisket was very small. Expected larger portion for the price.

Order beef taco to go. Server was very pleasant. She asked me to go to bar to pay. Guy at bar asked me if I wanted a fruit bowl. I didn't want a fruit bowl. He sez I am gonna have to pay for it "because the bar register is ONLY set up to charge that way". I asked for my card back and promptly left. Isn't bait and switch illegal? Disgusted. Will not go back there again. I will eat airplane food instead.

So, I cannot complain about the service. Of course it was after closing time and our flight was delayed. But really..why is there an extra charge for brisket? Where I come from they call that Barbque...Apparently in Alabama they call it something worth paying more for. Why not just put the price on the menu and not upcharge for brisket?
Anyhow, steer clear of the hot sauce...unless you have a lot of water. One of those delayed reactions. Shayla was a fine waitress...but I couldn't believe how little brisket I actually got. What 3 ounces? Should have gotten two sandwiches. Way more brisket on those.
