Chicken has been cooked for several hours. Crispy wings were hard & lacked flavor. Popcorn chicken more of the same. Chicken tenders pretty OK. Very disappointing when I was hungry for KFC.

At thia particular store they didnt have any chicken. It was 45min before they close and they said they couldn't cook anymore food cause the new management said no more wasting food. If a paying customer is there, how is that wasting food?

By far the most ignorant staff I have ever come across. I have never made a complaint on any regular or fast food restaurant but these people were idiots and need to start back over in kindergarten.
