Pulled up to the drive up window to order a personal pan and it took forever I had to go in that took even longer.. I will not return.

Slight delay but could be my fault as I got here at opening. 😄 other than that fast and friendly and very accommodating. 97 rating. They are great for me!!!!

I don't know what kind of bootleg scam they're running at this location but you best believe my next email will be to the CORPORATE OFFICE!!! I decided to treat my grand babies to pizza last night. Pull up to the drive thru placed my order the young lady immediately returned and claimed my card was declined, she even produced a receipt. I drove off baffled and confused because I know money was in that account. I called the bank to get some resolution only to discover that my card didn't decline but she charged me for the purchase! Thirty-eight minutes of my time I can't get back, the manager attempting to explain to me where this young lady produced this bogus receipt. Whatever FRAUD you perpetrating, Corporate will be made aware today!

I pulled up and paid at 4:11 and was told to park on the side so my cinnamon bites could cook. I didn't get my pizza and bits until 4:40. That was to long to be waiting then when I ask about a refund well I was told they don't do those. SMH.
