Pizza took almost an hour even though the estimated time was 20-30 minutes, and it was cold when it finally got here.

It was a freebie from T-Mobile and it was good, but I prefer buying a frozen (think Digiorno, Tombstone, etc) pizza. Still, if you have to go out for a pizza, Papa John's is a good choice.

The Customer Service is usually Great, as well as the food. The only issue I have, is when you order two or more speciality pizzas, one ends up looking more like the other.

Great store. They are super fast with delivery. I realize I live close but it amazes me with the speed. Quality is consistently good. Only ever had one problem and it was remedied to my satisfaction immediately.

I LOVE PJ's!!!! Whenever we order, it's prepared well. On our last visit there was a slight mix up, but hey it's pizza and though they put marinara instead of my requested BBQ sauce I still enjoyed it. Will definitely be back.
