Awful experience. The order was completely wrong and the staff inattentive. Used to have a very positive experience here

My girlfriend, who is under a lot of stress to pass a test for work, wanted her favorite snack and sent me to go get it, but that restaurant was closed. Fortunately I found the Urban Cookhouse. Jerry the manager(?) was extremely helpful in modifying their menu and ensuring the order was made correctly to satisfy my sometimes particular girlfriend. While I was waiting, sadly a little girl was playing outside and bumped her head, the mother came in to ask for a cup for ice. Jerry, when hearing what had happen ran to the back and pack a large bag full of ice for the girl. I was very impressed with Jerry's consideration and character that I would recommend the Urban Cookhouse to any of my friends and hope to make a return visit.

Always great. Great food and service. The parking can be tricky at lunch like a lot of places. As for the Adric one star review...You go in, order at counter, and no one seats you at this place.
