Staff very courteous and friendly. Never have to wait very long. I work out 6 days a week, so I generally stay sore, Cryo is an excellent form of therapy. I would highly recommend.

I've been going here for around 2 years now. After being involved in a major car accident I was looking for a new way to relieve my back pain. This did the trick! Over the Summer I was unable to go and I could tell a huge difference. I hurt all the time. Today was my first day back and I already feel better. I highly recommend it!

I recently started cryotherapy sessions at Cryotherapy Birmingham to help recover from strenuous training sessions. My recovery time is shorter and I have much less soreness than in the past. The treatments have also provided an energy boost that I wasn't expecting. The staff at Cryotherapy Birmingham has been extremely knowledgable and helpful. I highly recommend this company.
