Great staff (Vetinarians, Vet Tech's, & Administrative Staff are all very knowledgeable, kind, caring, compassionate, treat you like family, considerate & generally awesome), conveniently located, great hours, all services available. They've been taking care of my boys for over 20 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Overall a frustrating experience. The receptionist working that day not only tried to insult my intelligence, but also went as far as to threaten to not allow my dog to be treated. She insisted that if my dog did not receive two more vaccinations I would be refused service. I understand the importance of immunizations, but my dog was already suffering from a UTI, and my limited budget would not stretch for another $80 in vaccines that same day. Now, six days out from our original appointment and two unreturned phone calls later, I still have not been able to get the results of my dog's urinalysis. I thoroughly regret the amount of time and money that I have had to spend towards their services.
