If you didn't know, Boise has a significant Basque population and their food is just divine! I suggest the spicy lamb grinder and you need to try the cider.

My wife loved this place and honestly I did too. Food was delicious and the beers on tap and txakoli were delicious as well. Great prices, cool location and matched with great weather we could've stayed here all day watching time pass.

A lot of places on our planet try to be all three of authentic, comfortable, and profitable. The people of Bar Gernika have achieved this since around 1992. There's no better place for me to drink and dine late on a weekend night.
When you are here, I recommend the lamb stew.
