I had a really great experience with Enterprise at the Boise ID airport! I picked up my car on Halloween night, and the team was dressed in costumes, which I loved - showed me that they have a sense of humor and like to have fun! They offered me a complimentary upgrade, and provided me with a variety of choices, which I also loved - upgrade with choices!! When I returned the car (sadly I only had it for 1 day), they asked how I liked it, and shared with me that they are always striving to make their customer's experiences great ones, and this one was! Friendly, personable, and very customer-centric!

Rented from enterprise with Costco. Got a great deal. The fellow at the check in counter in Boise Idaho was very personable and we felt like family. The rental could not have been easier. I’ve never had a problem with enterprise.

Picked up our car at the Boise Idaho Airport, Got to the counter and was helped by Josh, Who was very nice and knowledgeable. Our original Reservation was confirmed but the automobile was not available at the time we arrived So Josh helped us out tremendously. He got us into a upgraded SUV and it was perfect. Hands down the best car renting experience ever. Thank you Josh and Enterprise rent a car in Boise.

I love Enterprise as a company! I'm always greeted with friendly staff, that are always willing to help. And prices are compatible to other places.
The vehicles however....lacking in cleanliness and maintenance.
If not for these issues, would give 5 stars.
