I have been a patient for 11 years and adore the fact that when I actually need something, they respond in a very timely and efficient manner. I have referred my extended family to them, I have referred new residents to them, and I will continue to return. They know my "mouth", and that's a bonus as we age and experience complications. Recently, I had a toothache that was starting up intermittently just before a three day holiday...and I didn't want to get stuck with an emergency call, so I called the office the Thursday before and was "squeezed" in to the schedule. Unfortunately, my regular dentist was not available but her partner was. We took care of my perceived problem and off I went; however, the pain increased over the ensuing month and I found myself back again, with a more emergent problem, having realized that we did not address the initial issue. Finding the source is more than half the battle, but once it's found, we devised a plan of action. I was then referred to an Endodontist. Problem solved, and I applaud the staff/providers for making way in their schedule, having the patience to dissect the problem, and create a plan of action!
