I came in with a pretty swollen face and an abscess on my gum. The whole team did everything they could to answer all my questions, and sent me to a really nice specialist! They were all incredibly kind, and went well out of there way to comfort me in my extreme discomfort. Dr. Jessica personally called me later in the evening to make sure I was doing okay. I was incredibly touched by her compassion. I have never felt more welcome than I do at Parkway Dental. What an amazing staff!!

Just had a tooth worked on today with Dr Jessica and Erika. They make a great team! Friendly and caring. My tooth feels amazing! Thank you so much!

Terrible start to my day. If you have a job to get to, a warning. When they changed to Parkway Dental, they also changed systems...meaning they retained nothing of your previous information, which in IT terms is ignorant and leaves me with little confidence in their new system. I had an awful experience with Parkway Dental this morning. The staff person who greeted me, after having told her who I was, decided it was her right shorten my name from "Gregory" to "Greg." Then she couldn’t find a “Greg” in her system living at my address. I corrected her disrespect of me as a person, by correcting her that I was indeed not “Greg”, but “Gregory.” My person was then discovered in their new system, because a system does not take the liberty of shortening a person’s name. She asked for my driver's license, and then shoved a form at me with mumbled instructions. The form requested all the information that should have been retained from their old system. In the meantime, the dental hygienist called my name. I had to tell her I had not finished their form, and had not received driver's license back. I finished the form (I thought), and handed back, only to receive a "You need to fill out the back of the form, too." I looked at the back. Some of the information I knew, and some I did not. I realized that to call home to get the information, then get my teeth cleaned and go through exams, would make me late for work. In the distress of it all, I simply walked out without receiving any service. Dr. Lewis is a great dentist. It is unfortunate that I now have to look for a new dentist whose front office gets that people are just as busy as they are, and don’t have time for their disrespect. If you already have phobias about dentists, the attitude from that front desk is going to send you over the edge. You will be a wreck before ever seeing Dr. Lewis. Someone has seriously dropped the ball at Parkway Dental. You need to warn people prior to coming in how over the top your “Welcome” form is. You get a one star for today.

I have enjoyed every minute of my time at Parkway Dental, which is saying something because it's a Dentist's office! Everyone has always been so kind and polite. They always take the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. They are gentle and very caring people. I can tell they enjoy their jobs!
