My wife and I have been seeing Dr Anderson for four or five years. We both had cataract surgery performed by Dr Anderson and have great confidence in him. I have not had the type of bad experience some have said although over booking is common. Dr A. takes what ever time is needed when seeing patients and I think that may have created a kind of rolling congestion later in the day. Appointments usually take an hour plus and sometimes longer. The staff laughs at my bad jokes so I like them a lot.

The level of service and customer care in this business has changed A TON in the last year. The business had grown so bad in the past, we skipped making eye appointments rather than deal with the former, unfriendly, standoffish staff and ridiculously long wait times (it was pretty horrible).
In fact, it had been two years since we'd gone back in for an appointment because we hated the atmosphere there THAT much.
We decided to give it one more go two weeks ago, and whoa! Talk about a surprise! Everyone is brand new (as of last year), and the place feels refreshing and fun. It's been such a major breath of fresh air. I can't recommend this business enough now. Service is prompt, the staff is chatty and friendly, the new eye doctor is phenomenal, and the entire business feels brand new.
What's new: Everyone feels happy. The entire team exudes happiness. That says so much compared to what we used to deal with every time we went in and were met with sour faces (and attitudes) in the past. If you've stopped going there, give these guys a chance. They're a totally refreshing vibe.

I got my lasik eye surgery here and the experience was really great. Highly recommend this doctor for any eye related check ups or improvement.

Maple Grove Eye Clinic has had a large change in staff recently. Therefore, the existing reviews of this facility thankfully no longer apply. It is unfortunate that the experiences described by previous reviewers have been so negative. I can assure you that the new staff will change your perception as they are friendly, respectful, understanding, and always put the patient first.
