This place sucks!!! So shady here and its honestly such a pain! Let me give you the reasons why:
1. "Boise Student Apartments". Is bullish*t! I've only seen maybe three students here. The rest are old people that are sketchy as hell. There are two old guys that always roam the parking lot and its honestly scary.
2. Parking is a joke. They say theres a long waitlist for the parking lot, yet the parking lot is only ever 1/3 full. It sucks having to constantly move your car.
3. LAUNDRY!!! The dryer doesn't even dry at all!
Do NOT live here!!!

I've been living here for 8 months and I am counting days for my lease to end! It almost feels like doing time! If you want to live close to the campus, spend 100 bucks more a month and move to a decent dorm. Do not move here! You'd regret it! Again, DO NOT MOVE HERE!
I found this place on craigslist. It was listed as a pet friendly place with parking included. Both statements are WRONG! This is false advertising. What kind of management uses such shady methods?? But here at Park Village Apartments, this is just for starters!
Move in date was 8/17. However, I had to pay the full August's rent. "Prorating" is one of the terms they don't like to hear here.
Again, forget about bringing your pet just because you read it on craigslist. And as for parking: there is a wait list. So have fun trying to find curbside parking.
After 7 months and several shady offers ("we'll move you to the top of the wait list for $400"!) I was finally assigned a spot. It is (of course non-prorated) 30 bucks/month. A good deal? Heck, no! The spots are so narrow it is impossible to get out of your car w/o hitting your neighbor's car. And I'm talking compact cars. I can't even imagine parking a pickup here. You're better off with street parking.
The laundry room is in a devastating condition. 4 of 6 washers are broken. They were broken when I moved in and have not been fixed to date. The dryers leave your clothes damp. There is no table, no sink, not even a coin machine!
False advertising, shady offers, and a management that does not give a damn about broken appliances. I can clearly say this is the worst and most poorly managed place I have ever lived in! Somebody should take them to court. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

This place is the epitome of shade. Not only does the front office staff and management know about the drug trafficking going on throughout this complex, they fail to do anything about it. The recent MURDER proves that there are some real danger issues here. Anywhere that drugs run rampant, there will be violence. They will rent to anybody because they are desperate for tenants and cannot compete with the nice, newer complexes nearby. The place is dirty, full of trash all the time. The tiny square footage isn't worth the rent and the laundry room is crappy, the complex is unsecured and they failed to make the gates controlled access. I was given a fob for nothing. This place needs to be torn down and the land given to the university or the park. Students or anyone for that matter should not have to live in such conditions. Please take the ghetto out of an area where it doesn't belong.

Very shady place. When I lived there, a resident committed suicide. Now a murder was committed on the grounds... I would recommend student housing. I left after a few months to live on Boise State campus. Totally worth the extra cost to know that you're safe, and that a resident assistant will attend to any inappropriate issues like roommates smoking inside, etc.

AVOID!
Whole apartment smells like cat pee. Burn stains in the carpet. Paint stains in carpet. Desk was left a mess. Missing light bulbs. Smelly bathrooms. Terrible parking policy. Furniture was left broken (will not be replaced) and dirty. BEWARE inside cushions you will find food leftovers, CHEWED TOBACCO, dirty toothpicks, and old ketchup stains with popcorn and chewed sunflower seeds. The furniture is run down and has not been replaced in ages.
You can pay for parking ($20) which doesn't matter because someone will take your spot and you will have to park on the street. NOW street parking is a FU***** NIGHTMARE because you have to move your car every 2 hours between 8am-6pm or you will get a ticket.
The managing staff is very nonchalant about the condition in which the apartment was left for us. On the other hand Bobby the Maintenance guy was fantastic about replacing the blinds and fixing all that he could fix, the one shining star on this property.
If this isn't your last resort I would not bother, I would rather go $1000 in debt than stay here but I'm locked in with my lease. I suggest a lot of CLOROX wipes too...
