Should be closed down! Repeated phone calls for my girlfriend to see her Pysch Doctor because her meds arent working and they keep saying their system is down and don't know when the appointment is. Then finally she gets the oh well that doctor is no longer with us. While my girlfriend is suffering from major depression and with no help. UNBELIEVABLE. Disgusting and frankly might sue for absolute neglectful medical care! DONT GO HERE!

If I could give them no stars, I definitely would!!! after making my appointment, I received an email asking if They could move the time to later in the day. I replayed and said that it would be ok. I never received an email back confirming my new appointment time, so I called the day before just to make sure, the time was in fact changed, and it was changed. It took my 4 hours to get there, and I arrived 30 min before my scheduled appointment, and was told that I missed my appointment and that someone left me a message that said they needed to change my appointment time once again, and now they couldn't see me. I would need to come back in a few days. I drove 4 hours with my 2 kids, 1 being a toddler, took time off of work, and never once did I get an apology, they just treated me like it was my fault I missed the appointment. I have never been treated with such blantant disregard for my time, I feel that is such bad business.
They asked me if I could back in later that day, and at that point I would have come any time they asked, so I could just get this appointment done, so I didn't have to come back. So I came back a few hours later and after filling out all of my paperwork, I was then told that they still didn't have time for my appointment. I left there with another appointment for the next week and in tears because I didn't know how I was going to do this all again next week. 4 hours there and 4 hours back home, 8 hours of time time waisted, plus the 4 hours I spent there, while they said I could wait and get in and not to mention that I had to drive over to mountain passes with bad weather with my 2 kids... an apology would have been a start.

Affinity and there staff has been fundemental in my recovery and wellness. I am so impressed with the level of understanding and willingness to help at any means. This was my first experiance going to any facility for treatment and i couldnt have had a better experiance. The staff truelly cares about each patient you feel at home. It takes willingness to want to change behaviors that are instilled within us. Putting one foot in front of the other and taking direction and gaining insite on myself has helped me develop into the woman i am today. Thank you Affinity! you have saved one more life!

Well it's really hard to say a lot about Affinity because they dropped me right after a terrible misdiagnosis. Chelsea made wild accusations, never checked the facts of what I had to say. Like she was so proud to put in her report that I was schizo-effective because I made up dying and I forged my divorce papers. then she dumped me as a patient claiming I was non-compliant with my appointments when I was only given one and I had sent her emails of conversations between me and my EX-sister (she included that I sent them in her report) so that we could discuss what I need to do at the next appointment. When I sent her proof of my claims (divorce papers and hospital records showing I DIED) she became indignant and told me to never contact her again, even though it is against the law to drop a patient for no apparent reason ( STATEMENT OF PUBLIC POLICY AND CODE OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT (RULE 450)02. The Social Worker's Conduct and Comportment as a Social Worker. (7-1-93) a. In providing services, a social worker shall not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, race, color,
religion, national origin, mental status, physical disability, social or economic status, political belief, or any other preference or personal characteristic, condition or status. (4-2-08) )
Plus it is against the law to discuss my case with anyone without my permission but she spread rumors to my Doctors and in home care takers, so I was dropped and treated like a social pariah. This also includes Judge Comstock who has helped my ex to kidnap my younger son "to protect" him.
