First time donating and I had an amazing experience. The staff in both the front and back were phenomenal. It did take a little for the paperwork, but the wait was worth it.

Ella is by far the best! My boyfriend and I pass with her 99% of the time. The others can sure learn lessons from her.

I've donated from here 5 times as a newer donor, and every time I've visited it has been a positive experience. Wonderful staff that will always make you laugh and feel welcomed, being afraid of having a needle in my arm at first, I was terrified but the whole crew like I said made me relaxed. I've never had to wait more than 25minutes before I go into screening. This place is great and super easy to earn money while it's for a great cause :) keep up he great work! ⭐️

Expect to wait a few hours and may be turned down. I get turned down everytime. Treat you like a burden. I understand it's such a tough job but if you can't handle people find a new job. We have too put up with you then put up with us.

New to the whole plasma donating thing but its pretty fast for the amount of people coming and going. The biomat people all work really hard to get people in and out. Every person who helps me is very quick and efficient as much as they can be while still doing their job right. People who complain about how long it takes to donate must eat out at fast food restaurants all the time. Your donating PLASMA not clothes at goodwill where you can just drop stuff off people. Plus your making money to donate HELLO!!! If you don't like it find another way to make money. I'm a mom so every little bit helps and its so appreciated. Plus it's even more rewarding knowing it's going to a great cause of helping others. I love the employees and the fact that they socialize and joke with eachother. It'd be weird if it was quiet. Makes the experience better if you ask me. The simple fact is, if you don't agree with how they do things there go somewhere else no one is forcing you to be there. Thanks biomat you guys rock!!!!
