I have been going to Capital Family for far too long because I am never satisfied with the care I receive. Honestly the only person who deserves this star is phlebotomist, not sure of her name.The rest of the staff just isn't worth not 1 star. The Dr's are all too busy, and over scheduled, to pay attention or really listen. I have been seeing Dr Cyprus for 6 years and she still can't remember me or anything that we have discussed previous visits, and I see her several times a year. I found out I have a serious health condition, not determined by any doctors at capital family, and when i was suffering serious side effects I was not believed by my doctor. After several visits regarding the same issue I broke down pleading for her to understand, even then there was no empathy. I am absolutely disappointed in all the time and money wasted in attempt to speak to a real human and not a drone. Don't even try to reach a dr or nurse by phone, request medical records, refill a prescription, or basically anything require a receptionist because they all suck! I would have to tell separate receptionists the same thing over and over again because they don't know how to communicate amongst themselves, the computer, or relay to a nurse or doctor.

Maybe busy. phone line is a pain. but doctors are great.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nasser since 2005. He is such a great physician. My daughter and I feel very confident in his care and he never fails to make us feel like her genuinely cares for our health. The wait is mostly short. There has been some longer then desired wait times but we understand they were very busy. I would recommend Dr. Nasser to anyone. Additionally when we have come in the drop-in we have received amazing care there too. All around a great place if you need them.

The staff is good, sometimes they get busy but I've never had much of a wait... My Doc Jennifer Briggs PA-C is awesome!

Capital City is great. I have went in a number of times over the years into urgent care and was treated quickly and thoroughly. The will run the tests needed and get you the results in a timely manner. I feel comfortable and confident with the staff.
