Velma Seabolt and her nurses are amazing. Their care is thorough, efficient, and they take as much time as needed on the phone or in person to make sure their patients understand their options and are comfortable with the care that is being provided. If I could have Velma be my doctor for things other than lady issues, I 100% would!

Unfortunately my experience here was not a good one. I went in because I was having some symptoms that felt like pregnancy but I have never been pregnant before so I wasn’t sure. They never even did a simple urine test or even checked my blood for pregnancy hormone! Never my life I been to a women’s clinic where they didn’t do a simple pregnancy test even if I didn’t go in for that initially. After receiving $1000 worth of testing bills no phone call from the clinic I took my own pregnancy test at home to find out I was indeed pregnant. I could’ve save myself a lot of money if they would’ve done that simple test ( don’t have insurance) they are highly an organized and you do feel more like a number rather than a patient. Didn’t even get to see the doctor I requested.

I have been with them for years, I was served papers the other day and they are suing me for a 200.00 dollar bill which was the remaining amount after my insurance paid thousands for ultrasounds. I am dumbfounded, it has only been a few months since I had last visited and was going to pay my remainder upon visit as I always have. I have done this in the past. I now owe legal fees. The pro women message is very clear when entering their office, but all that means nothing when you treat your customers as bank accounts rather than human beings. I hope others don't have to go through this.

They are extremely unorganized. Expect to have your appointment changed after it’s scheduled and expect to have to wait around an hour in the waiting room if you do get in. Didn’t like Dr. Rice either, she’s not a very friendly doctor.

I love Dr. Maybach!!! I have been going to her for over 15 years, and have only had wonderful experiences! She has personally delivered 2 of my 5, and was heartbroken when I needed to have an emergency C-Section for my last. But, I was still well taken care of and the doctor who performed the surgery had wonderful bedside manners! I have recommended this doctor's office to my mother, my sister, and now my daughter.
