We enjoy our stay at the Grove every time. I must say though, that the night manager must be tired of handling he guests who drink a little too much. We watched him escalate a situation instead of de-escalate it during our stay. He could have handled it so much better. We still had a blast at the Grove anyhow.

Friendly staff and very efficient. Room clean and comfortable. Needed a rollaway bed for one night, and housekeeping brought in and out on a timely basis. Rollaway bed was not comfortable though.
Bar staff very nice and accommodating even when crowded.
Enjoyed our stay once again! Will definitely come back!

Nice hotel. Staff is what made it 5 stars. Unique aspect of the hotel is the ice rink in the hotel where u can catch a semi pro hockey game.

My little boy (almost 2yrs) was really sick, we were in the Boise area for business, a few hours from home for a few days. I went to them for their already fabulous ratings online and the clinic spoke for themselves! The wonderful ladies at the desk played with my little guy and got us right in (as a walk in). The doctor nurse was very patient with him and got us in and out to get his meds.
I was VERY grateful to have found such a fabulous care and compassion for my guy.
I will definitely go there again the next time we're in the area and the situation arises.

My new favorite hotel in Boise. Centrally located, convenient to everything ... And hands down the *best* hotel fitness center I've ever been to (including a real, full-length, 25m lap pool!) Also a sauna, up-to-the minute equipment, spa massages (though they're always booked up, and I prefer to go up the street to Myofly for a real massage anyway), and drop-in classes. On the downside, the elevators are kind of weird, and it can be hard to find your way around. Also, definitely not the cheapest option in town. But for the money, its got everything I want.
