Don't return phone calls. Unprofessional service. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Can't see anyone without an appointment and can't reach anyone to make one. Catch 22.
Don't know what they have a receptionist for if you can't make an appointment through them.

I have to contact them regarding my husband's check that takes for ever to arrive and the ajuster will not return my phone calls I have call 3 days in a row left her a massage every time but still she would not call back
..I don't recommend this company for any type of claims. .

They have failed completely, no contact from them had to hear from the doctor that no payment made. tried many times to contact them, no answer and no return on messages.

Michelle at Intermountain claims came to take my statement for an insurance co. they work with.She let me know they work together often and she knows the lady that was handling my claim well. I refused a recorded statement she wanted and just asked to have a writen statement be done. She said that would be fine. She also said that she would have all the claim information over to the insurance co. by end of week( this was begining of week) and that I could call insurance co. to see how things were going Monday of the next week. A week later I talk to the insurance co. she was working with and had asked to see how things were going. I was told that Michelle had not given them her report and that she told insurance co. I had refused to give a statement!! Therefore I am without a car and have been treated unfairly and put on the backburner because I declined to have my statement recorded and instead have it written by MIchelle ( which she said was ok that I didnt legally have to give a recorded statement!! ) How UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I will never do business with Intermountain Claims or Michelle and DO NOT recomend that anyone else either because of the way they might be treated!
