Pets Best Insurance

Pets Best is a great company. Very easy to file a claim right from your phone or your computer. Claims are handled very quickly and I have had no problems at all. Would highly recommend Pets Best Insurance!

Pets Best is an AWFUL and deceiving company. They have a section under the pet section of their website that states, "What's Not Covered: See a FULL list here". This list is not "full" in any way, nor have they indicated that this is not a full list. They blatently deceive their consumers into thinking there is more coverage for their pet than there actually is. I am a licensed insurance agent with Farmers and was actively selling policies under my partner agent for this company. I can tell you that after my experience I would NEVER recommend this company. I would implore any and all individuals with issues to seek out the legal system for help- even if it involves filing a small claims case. I have and cannot wait to have my day in court with these deceitful people. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I've owned a Pets Best policy for 2 dogs and unfortunately have had to use it for both dogs at various points over the last 10. From a binky that was swallowed to a sarcoma that entered the hip bone, Pets Best has fantastic to deal with each time. They are responsive, kind, prompt with payment and show a genuine care for the animals being covered.

I've had insurance through Pets Best since I took home my baby boy Zane a beautiful Great Dane 8 1/2 years ago. Zane was hospitalized with in the first 5 months for swallowing a toy. They paid me what they were suppose to. There were also small things through the years that they also were great with. Finally, about two weeks ago Zane was called to the rainbow bridge, I had to make the call to PB to tell them I no longer need insurance for him. They were fantastic they treated me like a human credited my account for the month of insurance they just deducted from my account and also paid what they were suppose to per the insurance. They listen, they care and they have my business for as long as I have my dogs. Miss you buddy boy!!
