I missed my first appointment with med management because I was in the E.R. A few days later when I got out of the hospital, I called med management at Pioneer Health Resources and profusely apologized for missing my appointment. Jessica, (the scheduler) lectured me for wasting everybody's time. She made a point to repeat herself several times, to reject me and tell me that they would not reschedule me. ..Even though I had been in the hospital and I specifically apologized for causing a problem.

The staff has been very communicative and flexible. Lianna has been a lifesaver and I could never thank Pioneer enough for their help.

Like everyone on here, this place is disorganized. Today they had to cancel my appointment at the very last minute. Time before this, they were talking up a person we would be seeing. Only to change the person because there was a mistake on the schedule. This happened multiple times, We gave them multiple chances. Time to walk away and not recommend this place.

Very disorganized, been left in wanting room twice for over an hour, they never came out check on us.

Katie from records was unprofessional, and a complete smart ass on the phone. I don't know how else to describe this poor place.

Nice people but the most unorganized clinic I've ever been to. Also, the people in the medication management not at all helpful. They don't like an RX I've been taking for 10 years and are dropping my dose down very rapidly with no concern about the way this is affecting me. I am surprised that they are so adamant about this as I reiterate, I've been taking them for 10 years. No empathy what so ever . Counselors and receptionists very nice. Also, they are punctual.
