IF you are a serious bike racer or someone who just enjoys riding a bike for general fitness and weight loss, this place has it all. Year-round training on Computrainers, rollers, treadmills, weights with as much or little coaching as you might want. All this plus a locker room with showers!
Great way to challenge yourself and stay fit! Douglas Tobin is the best coach around.
