We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and experience at 13 St. The service was outstanding for our party of ten that included 3 generations and the waitress was very tuned in to the needs of the kids (and the parents limits for the kids 😃). The food was fantastic, especially the trout, Beet special salad, and the special mushroom risotto. All of our dinner selections were great and we all came away full and satisfied. The new covered and mostly enclosed seating with heat lamps was a great place to dine with a view of the street. The fire pit table in the center was neat too.
We also enjoyed the on tap beer selection and the games on tv without sound.
We would definitely recommend this restaurant and will go back next time we are in town.

It's an alright place. A little bit spendy but a nice place to spend an afternoon.
It has a lovely patio that can be opened up in nice weather or closed off when it's colder.

I keep having bad experiences here. I like the food but the service isn't great. They once sent our credit card home with another customer who paid at the same time, and then acted like it wasn't a big deal. A few months later I ordered a beer and they brought out the wrong one in a pint glass. It wasn't the beer I ordered and asked if there was a way to get the one I had ordered. The waitress apologized and brought out the new beer. Even though I only had one sip of the original beer (before she took it back), I was charged for both. Our waitress told us her manager would come down too hard on her. Then tonight. $0.50 for a tablespoon tester of a beer? Are you kidding me? There were 5 of us at the table...all telling our stories about the decline of 13th street. So sad because it's such a convenient location, but it's just not worth it. Cloud Nine. Hyde House. North End Pizza. I'll be frequenting your places more often.

Steak salad was drenched in dressing killing the taste of everything in the salad. All you could taste was vinegar. The steak on top was awesome but it was the only edible item. Steak skewers were good as was the house salad. Over all nothing really outstanding but the atmosphere and service was nice.

Never had any issues here. Great food and staff. I highly recommend the hummus appetizer and the salmon dinner. Share it between two of you (my wife and I always share) and a couple of drinks, getting you a full stomach and making it an affordable date night!
