My husband and I used to go there all the time, we loved it. The customer service was great 80% of the time. But no matter what day or time we went in, it was always so crowded, which was fine...But a wait time of 1 hour+, for 2 burgers and a large fry Is just UNACCEPTABLE! If it were gourmet burgers or fine dining, I get it but its just normal burgers... I don't know, in my opinion, They need a bigger kitchen/ better organized equipment, faster cooks and more of them.

Good food, good prices. I just don't care for their french fries, they're thick cut and very firm almost like they are under cooked? Go for the tots or onion rings and you can't go wrong.

Mediocre at best, run of the mill truck stop type food. The burgers aren't anything special, the meat, fries, onion rings and tots are devoid of any true flavor due to under seasoning. The place is clean, staff is friendly, accommodating and quick. It's a good place to go to fill your stomach but I've certainly had much better burgers even at big fast-food chains. If you're not going for the challenge, might as well go get a better burger.

Great burger joint... Homemade fries, lots of choices for burgers. I had the Reuben burger and my husband had the one pound burger... Both juicy and flavorful, not sure what to expect from a huge burger, but both were great! We also tried the fried pickles which were great! Totally recommend. Someone next to us had homemade shakes and they said we should try them next time!

Best burger in town. Our whole family can split the Big Judd meal deal. 1 lb burger, 2 huge drinks, and a large tot or fry all for 20 bucks! We like to end every meal with their yummy ice cream cones. Great service and clean facilities too. Boise and Meridian Idaho locations, but Boise is the best. I also love that they try to get all of the ingredients locally. Dang now I'm craving one of their burgers just writing this.
