Ribs were dry and over-cooked. Local IPA beer was very good once it warmed up. Served in a frosted glass - too cold. Server looked at me like I was nuts for mentioning it.

My wife took me here for lunch. It's kind of out of the way being tucked in by the airport. Food though was very good. They have a large selection of burgers and typical American food but with small twists that make it interesting. Generous portions as well. Overall very satisfied.

Very friendly staff. Clean table. Decent large menu. Burgers were great, clearly hand pressed. Cooked correctly. Personally think their fries are awesome though nothing particularly special about them.
Prices are on around the 10-12$ range for most meals. Breakfast lunch and dinner is served.
Also has a cozy lounge bar.

We had breakfast here, ordered the special and it was fantastic. Fresh, hot and a good sized portion. Coffee was excellent, service great and we sure made the right choice to try the Kopper Kitchen. Highly recommended and had we been in Boise longer, we probably would have tried lunch or dinner there too! 🍳🥞🥓☕️

The place was not busy, The servers were super nice, but the manager was an ass and would not acknowledge me at all. We were seated and the waitress was super nice and said they were running a little behind. A hour later no food and a table that came in 25 minutes after us got there food first and we still got nothing. My wife only ordered potato skins, child ordered a salad, I ordered fish and chips. After a hour and no food still we decided to leave, the waitress got the manager. He walked up she told what's going on. The manager didn't even look at me, shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
