Dined here with the family about a week ago, it was the worst dining experience we have ever had. There were glass shards on the table, after the 3rd piece we found we were moved to a different table, it took forever to get our food and we had to ask for things multiple times before we actually got it. The food was decent but definitely not worth the danger of getting cut by glass or the wait we had.

Time visiting was fine. Slow service but food was great. I was extremely upset however with the cheesecake! We got it to go and when we got home to eat it, we found that literally the ENTIRE crust back and bottom were burnt black! It was disgusting! I'm so upset that we spend as much as we do for a slice of cheesecake and they freely serve us a slice knowing how it looked. So disappointed!!

Steak Diane awesome. Chicken Matsala iffy. Shrimp Scampi garlicky. Too many mashed potatoes but great cheesecake not a free one on your birthday. Cocktails some great some just ice. Wait service ok, beautiful building, but 3 bathrooms for that big restaurant not so much. Overall I'd go back just budget for it.

The service and the food is horrible. The fish tacos were so badly burnt, it was basically a shriveled up piece of fish jerky. And the tortillas were cold. We asked for lemon in our water and the lemon was old, shriveled, and browned. When we spoke to the manager, his "apology" was cold and extremely fake. It was almost cringe worthy and disturbing. The quality of the service here has gone way down. Don't waste your time or money.

My husband and I frequent this location maybe 4-5 times a year. Each time we have a different experience than the last. Sometimes our service blows us away, sometimes it doesn't. It's a chain, and quite frankly, they are consistent with their food and that's what matters to us and keeps us coming back. Today was no different. We have our favorite menu items and we stick to them and are never disappointed. Occasionally (when we have a gift card ;) ) we branch out and try something new so we don't feel like we waste $$ if we don't like it and again, we are never disappointed. Our waiter was attentive, the service was prompt, the host asked us if we wanted a bread and banana plate for our son (I didn't even know it was an option and it made it so much easier because he was OCCUPIED while we could eat in PEACE).
I think most people leaving reviews on the food for portions/quality/one bad experience let something small or something out of the control of staff effect the way someone else could experience the restaurant. Everyone has bad days, and the staff that work here don't design the menu or set the prices. They don't control how busy the restaurant gets and if you have long wait times because everyone at the same time thinks it's a good day for cheesecake- They follow the direction of their management, with consistency and quality service and cleanliness, and I believe their management is doing an excellent job and runs a tight ship.
