Never go here unless you want to pay $45 for an unlicensed teenager to do your nails. I specifically made an appointment with Laura but she was doing other things. When I complained to her that my appointment is with her she said "It's the same thing if I do or her "

If I could pick no stars I would this place is horrible the owner is rude and hung up on me because she messed my nails up didn't even paint them all the way charges rediculous prices and I'm pretty sure that girl didn't have a licence I do not recommend this place

Called to make an appointment New Year's Eve. Only one girl was there and she was extremely rude over the phone. I said I haven't gotten my nails done in about 3 years so I didn't know what I wanted besides acrylic full set and she said, " I know but I asked you what do you want on top of the acrylic..." I thought to myself whatever I'll just go anyway. When I got there she didn't greet me or my friend that was with me. We said we had an appointment and she was rude right off the bat saying, " what type of acrylic do you want?" I said I just wanted French tips and she said, " that's not what I asked you.." then I proceeded with, "are you being rude to me as the customer, because I don't have to get my nails done here." The lady had nothing to say. My friend and I left And went to another nail salon that actually treated us like customers. That lady doesn't know customer service at all. I spent 100 dollars on my friend and I to get our nails done for New Years and this place will never have my business and I will make sure everyone knows about the worst customer experience I've ever had in my life. I'm sure there are wonderful people that work here but this lady, (I wish I had her name) was a straight up C- word.
