I felt pampered. The gentleman that worked on my feet did a great job. He was very gentle and I felt relaxed, calm and comfortable.

The guy there actually did more harm than good to my feet. The quickest pedicure ever, did not clean cuticles, scrub like it was hurting him and my polish was all smudged by the time I was out. I had a baby waiting at home and had to rush, he would not understand what I was trying to tell him or correct him, he chose to ignore and do things his way. So, the free wine, there was none and nobody even offered. I was hesitant to ask or maybe should have brought my own if I knew this was all going to happen. NEVER EVER!!!

I go here every few weeks for a gel manicure. The staff is great and they never disappoint. Anytime I have had a chip or an issue they are happy to fix it and they always take my gel off no charge.

They helped me out last month with my horrible nails and in a sticky situation!
It was even right before they were closing. Her husband even let my man kick back in the massage chair while he was waiting 😄

I am visiting in Boise for work. I needed to get a manicure and pedicure. The guy who did my pedicure has NO CLUE what he is doing. I had to basically step by step tell him how to do my pedicure. Terrible experience. He then became extremely disrespectful insinuating that I was going to walk out without paying. I took the polish off myself and walked up to the counter and asked how much this disaster would be.....then he claims he didn't need to charge me. HORRIBLE service and attitudes.
