The salon was very clean, people were friendly. I found their amazing event this past weekend, I am very glad we called ahead of time. I think the idea of the event and donating to charities was awesome however a little confusing. The event page never mentions making appointments or that services are limited to 1 per person, due to staffing I'm sure. However if a raising $for charities why would u limit services, just require appointments for each service.
Hopefully it was a success, just needs to be more clear next time.😊

I received a gift card for $65 for a massage to Serenity Retreat. When I called today to make an appointment and redeem my gift card, they told me they are no longer accepting the gift card for massages because the company has changed ownership, and the new owner does not want to honor gift cards for massages.

They offered me nail salon services, which I don't need and would never use. So basically, I have been cheated, and the person who gave me the gift card for the specific purpose of a massage has also been cheated. This new owner has decided to rip us off by not honoring gift cards for the purposes they were intended when sold to the public.

Pricing, thats right.....Amazing!
You will NOT be dissatisfied & most likely visit again and become a frequent customer

Serenity Retreat is definitely my "happy place". I particularly enjoy relaxing in the spa tub rooms prior to getting a massage. The facility is very clean and the staff is always welcoming and the price, very reasonable. I highly recommend Sean as a massage therapist....treat yourself, you will not regret it.
