I have been to about four appointments and it has been so easy and the Laser Tech, Abby, was so wonderful and she makes me feel so comfortable! Abby is patient and always answers any questions I have. I hardly see any hair any more!

I have been an unlimited member of Simplicity, for laser hair removal, for almost a year now and I am so pleased. The hair on my body is almost non-existent except very thin blondes or unfortunately grays. The staff has always been very pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. Even while treating the uncomfortable areas they are very professional and help you to feel at ease. This has been a great experience which I wish I could have done many years ago. I have been coming here few times now and never really encounter any issues. I’m in and out. The staff has never really made me feel comfortable. But today I arrived 10 min late due to traffic after dropping my kids off. When I arrived though I would get a 10 min grace period but no they made me wait 30 min. The entire time I was waiting the staff did not have patients and I’m in the waiting room with a child. When I was told prior you cannot bring your child here. I’m am very frustrated on top of the the girls are gossiping about me right in front of me as if I could not here them. I guess the rules only apply to some. This place should find mature adult women. Not catty girls that gossip about there clients...

I was u sure how laser hair removal would work but I had heard light skin and dark hair is best which worked for me. I looked into other places but could not believe the prices. I was unsure why simplicity was so cheap and wondered if you get what you pay for. I took a chance to do my whole body and I have been completely satisfied. Definitely worth purchasing the starter package. I would say my hair is probably 70% to 80% reduced. It was well worth it and recommend it to anyone considering it.

I was skeptical about laser removal for the longest time. I finally decided last October that I should sign up. SO HAPPY I DID! Laser removal takes several treatments and your hair doesn't disappear overnight. I'm about 8 months in (7th treatment) and the results are outstanding! I will definitely be getting other areas done soon.
The staff in the Boise location is amazing! They are friendly, professional, and make you feel very comfortable with the process. I highly recommend Simplicity Laser!
