Yeah...they say "Say no to drugs" but they forgot to mention "Say no to ABC Taxi" Not doing business with them ever again. This is probably the most unprofessional business I had to deal with. I think I already have gray hairs arguing with them.

Taxis do not arrive on time. Called a taxi and they showed up an hour and 15 minutes late. The dispatcher seems to have a hearing problem. Gave her our address and she said "that's in California!" very frustrating business to work with.

Just watch out for other drivers I had one cut me off then they drove very slow to get up to speed

The dispatcher made no mention that the cab would be WELL over an hour wait, causing me to be late for an extremely important meeting. When after an hour I called, she, in a snotty, patronizing tone, informed me he would be there "eventually"..
The reason why I rated it one star was because that's the lowest you could give. In my opinion they rate at negative 5 stars..

The dispatcher told me my cab would be there to pick me up in ten minutes. 30 minutes pass so I call again and he tells me it's too bad someone else took my cab cause he needed the full address? I gave you the full address when I called you? But ok? Not to mention he was extremely rude when I called back. I will never use this service again. That's not the first time they have done that.
