Called for a cab they told me 15 to 20 mins more like 45mins to 1hour wait. You guys really need to hire some drivers that know how to get to there destination quickly and not make coustemers wait longer than they need to.

Been using Boise City Taxi as my go to cab co. for many years. Never less than exceptional service and timeliness. Last night they picked me up in less than 5 minutes on a Saturday! I then left my phone in their cab and they were exceptionally nice about getting it located. The guys in the office went above and beyond to help me. I'm sure they deal with it all the time but it was very nice. I'm a loyal fan!
