Everyone here was great and very friendly. And I do not doubt the quality of the services provided here at all. It is great to take your cat to a place that specializes in just cats. The downsides were that my estimated 45 minute appointment turned into about 2 hours for an examination and shots. And it was really expensive. And the quoted price for getting my cat fixed was over 7 times more expensive than another local price.

I bring in our old fluffly oversized scaredy cat every year to get his shots and to have his annual exam. Everyone treats him well and we get in and out quickly. I like the fact that it is a cat only clinic as he always has issues with traveling the six blocks to get there he can quickly calm down once we can get him out of the carrier as he doesn't smell other animals. Everyone is very kind and knowable as I ask a lot of questions to keep my furry friend happy and healthy from transporting to better food.

I brought my cat Pharoah in because of some respiratory issues and he was extremely unhappy to be there. He's an 18 pound cat and they were great about handling him and his fussiness. The entire office, from reception staff to the vet, were all amazing. You could tell they actually loved the animals they saw there. And to top it all off, a couple of days later I got the sweetest note signed by everyone in the office. The entire staff is great and I've made this my official clinic for him!

So disappointed in my visit at the cat clinic. First off I was in the room for 2 1/2 hours for a simple exam and a 25 minute urine analysis. Not to mention the vaccinations they recommend(that I got) made my cat sick and they refused a follow up appointment without charging me another $56 for another full exam. Within 20 minutes of leaving their office my cat threw up all over his carrier I called and the office said keep an eye on him and keep them updated. Now 4 days later he is having a reaction and they REFUSE to see him for a post op check. Even after speaking with the manager. WILL NEVER GO BACK OR REFER!

I enjoyed the visit and so did my cat. Knowlegeable and friendly staff seem to really like cats and explained everything really well before and during procedures. And finally: they did not pressure me to allow my cat to be taken back to a different room for anything.
