Much better the second time around. It was quieter, food came quicker, staff was friendlier, and every this was cooked as ordered. I would go back again when the mood for a steak strikes.

**ORIGINAL REVIEW**
Ordered a steak medium-rare, and it came out borderline raw for half of it. Almost like half the steak was still frozen when it was put on the grill.

Every one else in the party got their steak cooked the way they like, so I don't want to write them off just yet.

The All-American burger! Frank's is really pleasant and family-feeling. Great food. Furniture and design makes you forget your worries. Great wait staff, cooks, hosts. 👍👍

Went here for Mother's Day with my mother who never goes out to restaurants, it was highly recommended by some very close friends, and I must say the food was great but the service was terrible. The woman had a very bad attitude and actually ruined our mother's Day dinner.

Wonderful friendly staff... yummy Homemade Grapenut Pudding. Steaks are juicy as advertised. They are already highly recommend and I say... come see them. PS, the inside is design to look when the restaurant first opened wish is amazing.
