Pros: egg rolls and chow-mein were yummy, good customer service
Cons: no free soda refills, not much options for sides with lunch entrees

Ordered takeout twice in past week. Both times it was just OK. Not inexpensive either. I thought a neighborhood institution like this one would be better. Not awful. But not great either

Ramp to get in !! very friendly staff !! good food !! right on the green line "public transit" wheel yourself in !! on street parking hp all around across the street up the street u need to look !!! huge accessible bathroom !!

Higher than average prices for under-seasoned, mediocre Chinese-American food. For more authentic food, head over to Sichuan Garden in Brookline Village. For healthier food, ... wait, you're eating out at a restaurant... why do you care about healthy? Turn up the salt, sugar and fat! Keep your healthy eating at home and make a kale smoothie for breakfast tomorrow. Eat well tonight! Anyway, Golden Temple is all marketing around what is, as far as I've tasted, run-of-the-mill Chinese food that you could get for half the price elsewhere. Not to mention difficult-to-find parking and poorly executed drinks from the bar. They get two stars only because their New Year's ice sculptures on the sidewalk are pretty.

Great place for after work drinks. Dinner there is awesome. Best wings in the area. Actually nice bartenders. I go here a lot with friends.
