This place is terrible. I have seen extremely aggressive bouncers here. Stay away, the food is amateur hour and so is the bar and security staff. Canal Street is loaded with better places to visit, stay away from this one.

The food was great, service was great. Love the Irish ladies, they were fantastic! I had a delicious burger and the French fries were so crunchy they were delicious. I would totally eat there again! Prices were great too.

The inside is nice. Old Boston bar feel (except the lit up multi color bar lights). The food this time was horrible. Wilted, soft/soggy greens on salad, previously frozen fries (pet peeve), horrible tasting veggie burger, worst beer battered fried haddock (that tasted previously frozen - Boston is near the ocean so frozen seafood should not be available), drinks were not very good and the service was horrible (place was mostly empty, long waits for everything we ordered, server was grouchy/unpleasant). This was one of my favorite pre event or game places to go, but sadly the quality has disappeared. I'm all for giving a place a second chance but there was just too much that was bad to want to risk another shot. Will not be going there again.

We came here for trivia the other night, it was way harder than Stump! Our Irish server was absolutely fantastic and funny. The food is what you would expect from a Boston pub, as is the crowd. I wish I could give it a 3.5 for nothing special but solid. Probably would be a good spot for before or after an event at the garden, but not a main event or destination itself.

I went here with a bunch of friends, all with different tastes in music and what they look for in a bar. Everyone had a really fun time! There is a room with a DJ for hip-hop, dance and Latin music and another room with a band for those that prefer live music. The drinks were well-made and the crowd was friendly, energetic and all about dancing. I highly recommend checking this place out.
