Beautiful old building yet easy to navigate. There is a parking structure one building over to the right (if you're facing the Wilbur from the street). For these kinds of venues, the drinks are very expensive, unsurprisingly. The stairs on the balcony seating are steep, so watch your step; not much room to move up there either. Despite this, the view was perfect, even behind a tall person. Highly recommend going tho the Wilbur if there's a show you want to see; it will definitely not be the Wilbur's fault if it sucks.

Went to the Wilber for the 1st time the other night for that Gavin DEgraw show. What a beautiful theater. Small and intimate but very well maintained. Seats could be more spacious. The staff were excellent.

Staff are competent and helpful. Seating is a little tight, and overall the interior could use a new coat of paint and general freshening up. Drinks not too unreasonable and the waitresses are attentive. But the main draw is it's the major comedy theater in Boston and attracts the best comedy acts. Close to several good bars and restaurants also for pre-show.

The only place to see certain mid-draw acts in Boston, and the staff are friendly. But the seating on the floor is nuts. Paid $45 for tiny chairs crammed so close together we were practically sitting in our neighbor's lap. Worse, they were facing perpendicular to the stage with not enough room to really turn them around. Drinks are outrageously priced, so grab your glad of wine before or after.
Avoid the floor seats unless you really love the act your going to see.

We sat on the balcony. The view was great, could see the whole stage fine. The seats were small and closer together though. I know it's an old theater and I realize they must have the seats set up for maximum capacity... but I'm 6'1" - any taller and it might actually have been painful up attend.
